Duncan Borrowman, Brian Paddick, Tom Papworth and Simon Hughes march to save Queen Mary's6.17.00pm GMT Sun 2nd Mar 2008
Duncan Borrowman joined politicians from different parties, Bexley Pensioners Forum and local residents in a march through Sidcup on Saturday to demonstrate against the proposed cuts to Queen Mary's Hospital. The Liberal Democrat contingent to the march included Duncan, London Mayoral candidate Brian Paddick, GLA candidate Cllr Tom Papworth, London Euro candidate Jonathan Fryer and Simon Hughes MP. Duncan commented, "The march demonstrated how much opposition there is to the proposals, all of which involve slashing services at Queen Mary's."
