Lib Dems welcome proposed increase in local train services

Lib Dem London mayoral candidate Simon Hughes has welcomed a proposed increase in the number of trains on the Bexleyheath and Sidcup lines. The plans, announced by the Strategic Rail Authority in the new Integrated Kent Franchise Train Service Specification — form the basis for the new train company taking over local lines.
