Duncan Borrowman pledges to NSPCC 'I stand for Children'

Old Bexley & Sidcup Liberal Democrat candidate Duncan Borrowman has today pledged his support to the NSPCC and their General Election campaign.
Duncan Borrowman said: "The NSPCC do such an important job protecting vulnerable children and to help them in any way I can is something I am proud to do. I am sure that all Old Bexley & Sidcup residents will join with me in supporting these aims. "
The Campaign is focusing on:
- Implementing vital child protection reforms following the tragic death of Baby Peter and other child deaths since.
- Continued funding for helpline services for children and adults concerned about the welfare of a child.
- Seeing domestic violence from a child's point of view.
- Making the internet safer for children.
- Strengthening the role of the Children's Commissioner in England.
- Providing resources for vital therapeutic services for children who have experienced abuse.
