Council should set an example by cleaning up dumped rubbish and graffiti

June 25, 2008 1:00 AM

Oliver Brooks inspects dumped rubbish in footpathOliver Brooks has written to Bexley Council and asked for action to be taken to clean up the footpath from Stratton Road to Church Road. Oliver says: "This footpath runs alongside Upland Primary School, and is covered in dumped rubbish and graffiti. The Council should be setting an example to local children and have a zero tolerance to this eyesore. Keeping it clean, and taking action against anybody caught dumping or committing acts of vandalism."
